Everything breaks.
Great companies treat that as opportunity.
You’ve hired good people, hold cross-functional meetings, wrote down and shared your annual and quarterly goals.
You feel like you’ve already told everyone where you’re headed. What matters. Why.
And still, operations aren’t where they should be.
And it’s maddening.

It doesn't have to be.
tempo [TEM-poh]

2. a sustained effort that builds speed, strength, and resilience (in endurance sports)
About
Tempo
Tempo Advisory helps you build operational excellence into your company’s DNA by up-leveling communication, coordination, and processes across your organization.
My name is Danny Curzon
I started Tempo Advisory to help other CEOs and leadership teams level-up the way their teams work.

But this isn't what I expected to be doing with my career.

The Great Recession was an "interesting" time to enter the workforce with an English Lit degree and precisely zero business experience.

I began my career as a part-time, unpaid intern at a boutique marketing agency, where I learned how to quickly spin up on a new industry with every project. I left the agency for business school, where I learned as much about myself as I did about business. And I've helped scale operational teams in the world of autonomous vehicles from the dozens to the hundreds.

Having worked at companies of 15, 150, 1,500, and 15,000, there's one common theme: everything's broken all the time.

And that means that enormous opportunity exists those companies who are committed to improving their operations.

With Tempo Advisory, my goal is to help leaders seize the opportunities in their internal operations, that way their companies, customers, and employees all reach their potential.
